The kit provides a presence/absence result with a limit of detection of 1 cell (1 CFU) per 100 mL. It is intended for the analysis of drinking water, process water, environmental water, and other water samples. The kit contains the reagents and consumables required for automated analysis on rqmicro.COUNT.
