The Total Cell Count Kit is designed for rapid routine analysis with minimal hands-on time.

Prepare the sample
Add 1mL sample to the ICC Reaction Tube. Perform additional sample preparation if required (e.g. filtration, dilution)

Reaction
Allow the sample to react with the staining reagents for 30 minutes at room temperature, or 15 minutes at 37°C.

Measure
Transfer the sample from the ICC Reaction Tube to the rqmicro.COUNT Cartridge. Register the sample in the instrument and start the analysis.

Retrieve Results
Retrieve intact cell concentrations in cells/mL on the instrument and on the Cloud Solution.
