Prepare the sample
Concentrate 100 mL sample using filtration. Resuspend the microorganisms from the filter in the E. coli Enrichment Tube.

Incubation
Allow the cells to incubate for 4 hours and 30 minutes at 37°C in the E. coli Enrichment Tube.

Reaction
Transfer 1 mL to the E. coli Reaction Tube. Allow the sample to react with the staining reagents for 30 minutes at 37°C.

Measure
Transfer the sample from the E. coli Reaction Tube to the rqmicro.COUNT Cartridge. Register the sample in the instrument and start the analysis.

Retrieve Results
Retrieve E. coli presence/absence result in 100 mL on the instrument and on the Cloud Solution.
